SHIPPING NOTICE
ErikaBeautyShop.com is not responsible for any packages and its content against damage or loss during transit to the buyer once tracking shows it has been dispatched from ErikaBeautyShop.com facility AND the buyer agreed to assume all responsibility of the dispatched package. If dispatched package fails to reach buyer under any circumstance, the buyer agrees to take full financial responsibility.
RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the items, all sales are final. If you get something damaged or not as described on the website, we will allow a return within fourteen 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
